We are based out of B-604 in Dheeraj Enclave, over in Sidgarth Nagar in Borivali East. It is a residential area, so our office at Motilal Oswal Securities feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a distant financial hub. We have been here for a good while, helping people with their stocks and investments. The office isn't very big, just some computers and a lot of screens showing the market numbers moving up and down all day. It gets pretty intense during market hours, and you can hear the clicking of keyboards and people talking on phones constantly. We have local folks from around Borivali dropping by to ask about their portfolios or just to see how the market is doing. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the numbers and the charts. Outside the window, you can see the daily life of Sidgarth Nagar going on. We usually start quite early to prepare for the market opening and stay until the final trades are settled. It is a lot of data to keep track of, but we’ve got our system down by now. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated explanations. We just tell people what is happening with their money and help them make their own choices. Being in a place like Dheeraj Enclave keeps us grounded and connected to the people who live and work in this part of Mumbai. It’s a busy life but it’s okay for us.
