It’s the A Wing, so you have to make sure you go to the right part of the building. Being in Deonar is convenient because it’s a central enough spot. Motilal Oswal Securities Limited is just the name we work under. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just have a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen and a bathroom like any other flat, but we use the main rooms for our desks and files. It’s a practical way to work. The noise from Sion Trombay Road can be a bit loud sometimes, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most polished office in Mumbai.
