Morya Enterprise

We are located over in Owe Village, which is part of Sector 30 in Kharghar. It’s an interesting spot because you have the new high-rise developments on one side and the old village feel on the other. Morya Enterprise is right there in the middle of it all. We are under the Panvel tehsil, in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but the area is growing really fast these days. We started this small business because we saw how much construction was happening around Sector 30 and figured people would need a local source for things. We mostly deal with the residents and the small contractors working nearby. Our office is very simple, just a room with a desk and some plastic chairs where we can sit and talk about orders. We don't have any big corporate goals or five-year plans. We just want to make a living and help the people around here get what they need for their houses. Sometimes the cows from the village wander past the front door, and other times it’s big delivery trucks trying to squeeze through. It’s a mix of everything. We keep our hours pretty regular, but if someone from the village needs something after we close, we usually try to help out. It’s a friendly place to work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Raigad, and we are just happy to be a part of it.
