Monica Snack Bar And Juice Centre is located on Rajaram Mohanroy Marg at number 24 in the Grant Road area. It is a fast-paced environment here and we are constantly peeling fruit or making sandwiches for the people passing by. Grant Road is always moving and our shop is right in the thick of it. We have a few small tables but most people just grab a juice and drink it while standing on the sidewalk. The sound of the blender is basically the soundtrack to our day. We get a lot of students and office workers who need a quick break from the heat. Sometimes we run out of ice or a particular fruit isn't available at the market that morning but we just offer something else and keep going. It is a simple life of serving cold drinks and snacks to hungry people. We don't have any fancy menus or decorations. Just the fruit piled up in the crates and the toaster running for the sandwiches. The staff is usually sweating because the kitchen area is tight but we stay cheerful because it is better than being bored. It is just a regular local snack bar where you can get an honest glass of juice without any fuss or waiting around for too long. We have been doing this for years and the street noise doesn't even bother us anymore.
