Monavie Wealth Management is over in Mira Road East. We’re in the Dharti Complex, specifically in Flat No. 602 of the A-1 building. This is a Co-Op Housing Society, so it’s a very lived-in, local environment. We’re near the Evershine Enclave, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. Working out of a flat gives us a bit more of a relaxed vibe than a traditional office building. We’ve got our desks set up in the main room and some files in the cabinets against the walls. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but luckily it usually is. We spend our days looking at wealth management stuff and helping people figure out their money. The neighborhood is always busy with families and kids playing outside, which we can hear from the windows. Mira Road has its own pace, and we’ve fit right into it over the years. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; it's just a few of us who know each other well. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we'd rather just do the work. If you're coming to see us, just tell the security at the gate you’re going to A-1 and they’ll point you the right way. It’s pretty easy once you’re inside the complex and heading towards the A block.
