You can find Monalisa Edc Pvt Ltd over in Bandra East, specifically at Building No 1, Flat No 36 on the 6th Main. We’re tucked away near the 12th Cross, so it’s a bit of a walk from the main road. It’s not a typical office building; we operate out of a flat because it makes more sense for us. It’s a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers you see elsewhere in Mumbai. The elevator in the building is a bit moody, so sometimes we just take the stairs to the flat. Inside, it’s just our desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s got a lived-in feel that we actually quite like. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a dedicated person to answer the phones. Usually, whoever is nearest just picks up. Monalisa Edc Pvt Ltd is just a small group of us working together. The 12th Cross area is pretty active, but once you get inside the building, it’s relatively quiet. We’ve been here at Flat No 36, Shr for a while now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra overhead.
