Our office is in Flat Number 20 of Mangalam CHS in Borivali East. We are situated on the 5th Main, 14th Cross, which is directly opposite the post office. Being across from the post office is handy because we are always sending out or receiving documents for our clients. It’s a regular residential society building, so it feels quite quiet compared to the noise on the main road. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow with folders. The walls are a bit yellowed and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound on its highest setting, but it works fine enough. We spend most of our time looking at papers, making phone calls, and dealing with people who drop in to ask questions. There’s a small balcony where we keep some plants and where we take our tea breaks to get some fresh air. Usually, someone is always typing or looking for a lost stapler. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people, just a small team trying to get through the daily tasks without too much stress. Sometimes the lift in the building gets stuck, so we end up walking the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. It’s a basic setup. We have a computer that’s a bit slow and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in at once. We just do our work.
