You can find us at Hasmukh Bhuvan, which is number 34 in Parel on the LBS Marg side near Ghatkopar West. It’s a bit of a mix of areas, but we’re right there. We spend our days surrounded by computer parts, motherboards, and a lot of tangled wires. We didn't set out to have a big corporate shop. It’s just a place where we fix what’s broken. If a laptop won't turn on or a desktop is making a weird clicking sound, that’s usually what we’re dealing with. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who just drop in when their internet stops working or they need a new mouse. The shop is small and usually has a few machines opened up on the benches. We don't have any sales pitch or anything like that. We just look at the machine, tell you what’s wrong, and fix it if we can get the parts. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, and we just have to wait. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen computers change a lot over the years, but the problems are usually the same. Too much dust or things just getting old. We like the work because it’s like solving a puzzle every day. It’s just us here, keeping the local tech running as best as we can without any fuss.
