Mohan B Sawant

Mohan B Sawant is located at B/203 in Ramdas Niwas, which is in the Saigalwadi area of Antop Hill. Antop Hill is a unique part of the city, and our building, Ramdas Niwas, has been standing for a long time. The office is on the second floor, and it is a straightforward space with just the essentials. We have a couple of sturdy desks and some chairs for when people come by to visit. The atmosphere in Saigalwadi is very local and grounded, and you get to know the shopkeepers and neighbors by name. The work we do here is mostly focused on keeping records and handling various administrative tasks. It is not the kind of place with a lot of high-tech gadgets; we mostly rely on our computers and a few reliable printers. The room gets a lot of natural light during the morning, which is nice, but it can get quite warm in the afternoons. We have a couple of fans that we keep running to stay comfortable. There is always a lot of activity outside on the street, with children playing and vendors calling out. We have been working from this location for many years now, and it feels like home to us. It is a quiet, unassuming place where we just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized through the week.
