Modern Steel Art

This is Modern Steel Art and we are located at 305 Ambewadi. It is a workshop more than anything else. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of metal and the sound of machines running. It is a bit dark inside because we have a lot of heavy equipment and steel sheets stacked up against the walls. We have been in Ambewadi for quite some years now and everyone around here knows the sound of our grinding wheels. It is a messy job and our clothes are usually stained with grease and iron dust by noon. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us since the start. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and glass. If you want to see what we do, you just come into the shop and look at what is on the floor. There are sparks flying in one corner and someone is usually hammering something in the other. It gets very hot in the summer, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We drink a lot of water and keep the radio playing to pass the time while we work. It is honest work and we take pride in making things out of raw steel. It is not a place for someone who likes to keep their hands clean, but we like it here just fine.
