Down here at 194/B in the LP Compound, it’s usually pretty noisy. Khetwadi is full of workshops like ours, and we’ve been part of this GIDC area for quite some time. We do a lot of metal work, mostly things like welding, cutting, and fixing parts that people bring in. Our hands are usually covered in grease or dust by noon. It isn't a clean office job, that's for sure. We have the big machines in the back and a small space in the front where we talk to customers. People come to us when they need something specific made out of iron or steel. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything, we just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of our tools have been with us for years. It’s a bit cramped in the compound, and sometimes getting trucks in and out is a real pain, but we make it work. The guys here know their stuff and they don't talk much while they’re working. We just handle whatever jobs come through the door, whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project for a local factory. It’s a tough business but it keeps us busy every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just the one that gets the job done right here in Khetwadi.
