Moda Hardware (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Universal Garden building at Plot 288 in Jogeshwari West. We are near Amrut Nagar and specifically behind the Ruby Hospital. Jogeshwari is a place that never really stops moving, and being behind a hospital means there is always traffic and people around. Our space is part of Building Number 23. We keep a lot of hardware items here, mostly stuff for interiors and construction. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time because of how the buildings are laid out, but once you see Ruby Hospital, you’re basically there. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with boxes of hinges, handles, and other bits of metal. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets stuffy with all the stock we have piled up. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the right boxes go out to the sites. It’s a professional enough setup but we still have that local feel where we know the contractors who come in. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the narrow entrance, which causes a bit of a headache. We just deal with things as they come and try to keep the inventory moving without too much trouble. It is a lot of counting and packing, but that is the nature of hardware. We just keep at it every day.
