Our office for Unnati Exim is tucked away in Building Number 82, which is part of the Poonam Sagar Complex. If you know the Mira Road East area in Thane, you probably know how big these housing and commercial estates can get. We are specifically over in Happy Home Estate IV CHS Limited. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it helps people find us among all the other buildings here. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with export and import work. Most days involve a lot of desk work, checking on where containers are and talking to different suppliers. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to keep things organized. The Poonam Sagar area is always lively, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have figured out the rhythm of the business. It’s not always smooth sailing since logistics can be tricky, but we just deal with things as they come up. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. If you’re coming by, it’s best to look for the building number first since the complex is quite spread out. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the work done and not overcomplicating things.
