Mind Space Human Capital Services is tucked away in Malad West. We are in the Evershine Nagar area, specifically in the Usha Colony. Our office is in the Udaygiri building, B/2. It’s a residential-feeling spot which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass tower. We deal with human resources, which basically means we talk to a lot of people about their jobs. It’s not as complicated as people make it sound. We look at what a company needs and see if we know someone who fits. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes people are happy, sometimes they are stressed because they need a job quickly. We try to handle it all with a bit of patience. Malad is a busy area, but our little corner is okay. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image. If you come by, you’ll see us at our desks with folders everywhere. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby. The commute can be a bit of a pain during the monsoon, but we manage. We aren't looking to change the world. We just want to help someone get through their workday and maybe find a better one. That’s the reality of what we do here in Modern Usha Colony. It’s a good enough place to spend the day, and the tea shop downstairs is pretty reliable.
