Milestone Manpower is situated at Zaver Apartment on Zaver Road in Mulund West. We are in unit 13/3. Mulund West is a pretty nice part of Mumbai, it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Zaver Road has some good shops and places to eat, so it’s a nice place to work every day. Our office is a simple apartment that we converted for our consulting business. We have a few cabins where we talk to candidates and some desks for our staff. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking through resumes. It’s a lot of matching people to the right jobs. We aren't one of those massive global firms with thousand-dollar suits. We are just local people trying to help other locals find work. Sometimes the office gets a bit quiet when everyone is on their headsets, but other times it’s full of people coming in for interviews. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the building is well-maintained. It’s a comfortable space. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together. It’s a simple routine but it works for us. If you’re walking down Zaver Road, you might miss us if you aren't looking for the apartment number. We like it that way, it keeps things low-key and professional without being too much for anyone to handle.
