Mikhil Conprotec Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the second floor of the Panwala Building. We are located at 3 88 on Dr S S Rao Road in the Lalbaug area of Mumbai. This is an old part of the city, and the building reflects that with its narrow stairs and heavy wooden doors. The office is right in the heart of all the Mumbai chaos, which I actually quite like. We focus on conprotec work, which keeps us pretty busy with different projects around the city. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, where there is always someone selling something or a taxi honking at a delivery van. Our space is filled with project folders, samples of materials, and some old desks that have seen better days. Lalbaug is a place with a lot of character, and we feel like we fit right in. The office isn't very big, so we end up bumping into each other a lot, but it works for us. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about construction and protection. Most of our time is spent on site, but when we are here, we are usually catching up on technical drawings or billing. It is a solid, honest place to work and we have been in this building for quite a while now.
