Nex Construction Chemicals

Our shop, Nex Construction Chemicals, is tucked away at 1/9, Ganesh Sidhi on Ram Mandir Road. If you know the Babhai area in Borivali West, you know it gets pretty crowded during the day. We have been working out of this spot for some time, dealing with all kinds of chemical stuff for building work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. There are usually buckets or bags sitting around because that is just the nature of the business. We get a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but we keep the fans going. It’s a local operation, so we know the people around Borivali pretty well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we have what they need for their renovation. Working with construction chemicals means we spend a lot of time explaining how things mix or how long they take to dry. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The rainy season is always a bit of a challenge in this part of town, but we stay open. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from moving stock to answering the phone. We don't mind the long hours as long as we get the orders out.
