Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd is located over in CBD Belapur, at The Great Eastern Chamber. Specifically, we're in Office 202 on Plot No 28 in Sector 11. It's a decent area, quite a few businesses around here. We've been set up in this office for some time now. It isn't a massive place, but it fits what we need to do. We handle construction chemicals and stuff like that. It’s practical work. Most of the time, the phone is ringing or we’re looking at charts and orders. People come by to discuss projects or just to pick things up. Being in Belapur is handy because of the connectivity. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. The office looks like an office. A few desks, some computers, and plenty of samples lying around. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we're only on the second floor so it's not a big deal to take the stairs. The weather gets pretty humid around here in the summer, but the AC keeps us going. We know the security guards at the gate by name now. It feels like a small community in this building. We're just a group of people trying to get things right. We don’t go for the hard sell. If someone needs something for their building site, they ask and we see if we have it. It’s a simple way to run things. We keep things moving day after day without too much fuss.
