Polyproof Construction Chemicals

Our place is in the basement of Gini Apartment, right on Rani Sati Marg in Malad East. It’s B-1. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street, which is good because we keep a lot of construction chemicals here. We’ve got stacks of buckets and drums of stuff for waterproofing and fixing up old buildings. It’s a bit cramped with all the stock piled up, but we make it work for us. Malad is always crowded, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a struggle with the heavy traffic on Rani Sati Marg. We spend most of our time answering the phone or helping people figure out which chemical they actually need for their roof or a basement leak. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a small office and a storage spot. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals or damp concrete, but you get used to it after ten minutes of being inside. People from the nearby construction sites stop by often to grab what they forgot. We keep a simple ledger on the desk to track everything. Sometimes we have to move stacks of heavy boxes just to reach the back of the room. It’s not a polished store with bright lights or a receptionist. It’s a working space where things get done.
