Roffe Construction Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is located in Mittal Tower, Room 45, over at Nariman Point. It is a well-known building in a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of energy around. We work with construction chemicals, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about waterproofing and concrete additives. The office is usually a bit of a whirlwind with people coming and going. We are not the type of place that cares about fancy suits or polished presentations. We are more interested in whether a product actually works on a job site. A lot of our day is spent talking to engineers who have problems with leaks or structural issues. We try to give them practical advice based on what we have seen work over the years.
