Our office for Sika India Pvt. Ltd. is over in Plot No-162, Sector-18A in Nerul (West). Navi Mumbai is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s a busy sector with lots of shops and other offices nearby. Finding a parking spot can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just Nerul for you. We aren't a big fancy corporation with glass walls. We are just a local branch where people work hard. There’s always someone on the phone or checking a list of supplies. We deal with construction chemicals and similar things. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most of us take the train or a bus to get here. The salt air from the coast makes things rust a bit faster, so we have to keep an eye on that. We don't have a philosophy or anything like that. We just show up and make sure the customers get what they ordered. It’s practical work. The building is older, but it stays cool enough. We know the other people in the building and say hello in the morning. It feels like a community. We just do our thing and go home. There is no need to make it sound more complicated than it really is.
