Mihir Thacker & Associates

We’ve been based out of the Bhandup Industrial Complex for quite some time now. Our office, Mihir Thacker & Associates, is located at number 2120 on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. If you know the area, we are pretty close to the Pannalal Compound. It’s a busy part of Mumbai with a lot of movement every day. The building itself is just a regular industrial space where people are always coming and going. We don’t have any big signs or anything flashy. Most people who come by are either locals or work in the nearby units. Usually, the traffic on LBS Marg is a bit much during peak hours, so we’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We spend most of our day sitting at our desks dealing with the paperwork and files that come our way. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. There isn't much to say about the decor; it’s just a place to get work done. We know the chai wallah nearby pretty well by now. Being in Bhandup West feels right for us since many of the people we deal with are also in this industrial belt. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much how things go around here daily.
