Shree Balaji Steel Center

You can find Shree Balaji Steel Center over at plot M-81 in the MIDC area of Ambad. It is a heavy industrial spot, so there are always trucks and big machinery moving around everywhere. We deal with all kinds of steel products for construction and repair. It is heavy work and the place can get quite dusty, but that is just the nature of the steel business. We have been here for a good while now. The warehouse is usually filled up with pipes, metal sheets, and long rods. Most of our days are spent loading materials onto trucks or unloading new stock. It is just a few of us running the entire show. We are not a corporate office with people wearing suits and ties. We wear our work clothes because we are actually handling the steel ourselves. People from all over Ambad and Nashik come to us when they are building something new or need supplies for their own small workshops. We have a good rhythm down by now. One of us handles the customer orders while another operates the cutting tools. It is simple but it works for us. Sometimes the heat in the large shed gets a bit much during the summer, but we just keep going. We don’t do much advertising at all. People usually find us because their friends or neighbors told them we had the right materials in stock. It is a practical, honest business.
