Metal Power

We are located at 1/7, Santosh Chawl over in the Jokim Compound area of Bhandup. It’s on P. N. Road, which is usually quite a busy spot in Mumbai. Metal Power has been sitting here for a bit now. If you know Bhandup, you know how it gets with the traffic and the noise from the other shops. We have some heavy equipment in the shop that takes up a lot of room, so there isn't much space to walk around once you get inside. Most days start early before it gets too hot, though it usually stays warm because of the machines. We deal with metal parts mostly. My neighbor runs a small tea stall nearby, so we grab a drink when we get a break. The compound has a few other businesses too, so it's a lively place to be. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address 400078. It’s a practical place for practical work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but mostly we are just busy cutting or shaping whatever comes our way. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning. It’s just a workshop where we do what we know. I think people around here appreciate that we just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at this address long enough that everyone knows where we are and what we do.
