Metal Magic

Our shop, Metal Magic, is tucked away in the C Wing of Om Sai Darshan. We are at number 3. It is right in Andheri West, which is always a hectic part of town to be in. We work with metal every single day. It is noisy and there is always some welding or cutting going on. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We have piles of metal sheets and rods leaning against the walls. People come to us when they need something custom made or if they have a repair that needs a steady hand. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you'll see us working. The building, Om Sai Darshan, is a mix of homes and small businesses like ours. It has that lived-in feel. We know the security guards and the other shop owners around the C Wing. Sometimes we take our work out to the corridor if we need a bit more room to move, but we try not to get in anyone's way. The air always smells a bit like iron and burnt sparks. It is hard work and it gets hot in the afternoons, but we like the feeling of making something solid. It is just a local metal shop doing what we know how to do best. We don’t bother with fancy ads or big promises.
