Metal Craft Engg. operates out of Crystal Appt, specifically unit 402. We're located at 87-B Bazar Road in Bandra West. It’s an interesting spot because Bazar Road is always so full of life and color every day. Having an office in an apartment building might seem a bit unusual to some people, but it works well for us. It gives the place a bit of a personal, lived-in feel. We deal with engineering stuff, so there’s always blueprints or small metal samples lying around the tables. It’s not a showroom or a fancy gallery. It’s where we do our planning and have our morning meetings. Bandra is a great place to be, even if the streets are narrow and the noise from the market is always there in the background. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the people shouting outside. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a very long time now. There’s no corporate ladder or hierarchy here. We just work together to figure out how to solve whatever problem is on the table that day. Sometimes we stay late when we're in the middle of a design, and other times we leave early if the work is done and the weather is nice. We don't have a big marketing department. People just find us because of the work we've done before. It's a quiet, steady way of doing things that suits our style.
