Metal Coat Powder Coating

Metal Coat Powder Coating is located at 7 Sakinaka, inside the Ramegowda Industrial Estate in the Gilbert Compound. If you know Sakinaka, you know how the traffic is and how hard it can be to get around some days. Our place is tucked in there among other workshops. We spend most of our time getting things ready for the coating process. It’s a lot of cleaning and hanging parts on the lines. The powder gets everywhere if you aren't careful, so we’re usually covered in it by the afternoon. The ovens make the place quite warm, especially during the summer months when the air just sits still in the compound. We don't have a big office or anything, just enough space to get the jobs done and talk to the guys bringing in their metal bits. It’s mostly industrial work, nothing too glamorous. We see everything from small brackets to bigger frames coming through our door. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out perfect the first time, so we just do it again until it looks right. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the fans going. It’s a busy spot and we just try to keep up with the schedule. People find us because they need their stuff to last longer and look decent. We’ve been in this compound for a while now and we know the neighbors well.
