You can find us at Gala No 35, Plot No 169 in Kurla West. We are tucked away right behind the SBI branch. This part of Kurla is very industrial, so there is always the sound of machines and trucks moving around. Our space is mostly taken up by steel rods, sheets, and various metal parts. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the metalwork, but we keep it organized enough to find what we need. The air has that metallic smell that stays with you even after you leave. We have a small corner with a desk and a couple of chairs where we handle the invoices. Most of our day is spent moving heavy stock or cutting pieces to the right size. It’s physical work and it can be quite tiring when the weather is hot. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the material. People come in looking for specific steel bits for their own projects. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing. Usually, people just find us because they know we are behind the bank. We take our breaks when we can, often just standing around the entrance. It’s a basic, hardworking shop. We don’t try to be anything else. The floor is concrete and often covered in scraps, but that’s just how a steel yard is.
