Mehta Steel House

Mehta Steel House is based over at 47 C.P.Tank in Vikas Nagar, right in the Ghorpadi Gaon area of Pune. We are in the Old Sonawala Building, which has its own history. The building itself is quite sturdy, which fits what we do. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re new to the area, but once you know where Vikas Nagar is, it’s straightforward. We spend our days surrounded by the materials and the paperwork that comes with this line of work. It’s a bit of a gritty job, and the office reflects that. We don’t have much in the way of decorations or anything. It’s just a place to work. The air in Pune can be nice, but around here it’s mostly just the sound of business. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the locals know us. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just deal with it. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We handle the steel and the orders and keep things moving as best as we can. There’s always someone around to help out or answer a question. We don't make a big deal out of things. Just a local business in an old building doing our work. It’s a simple routine and we stick to it. We just show up and handle what's in front of us every single day.
