We are located at 132 Kika Street in the Gulal Wadi area. If you’ve ever walked down Kika Street, you know how it is. It’s crowded, loud, and full of metal shops. We’ve been part of this for a long time. We handle different types of metal here at Mehta Metal Corporation. It’s not a clean job, you get your hands dirty every single day. There’s always trucks loading or unloading something. We move stuff in and out of the shop and keep track of what’s in the inventory. It’s a small space but we make it work. Most of our neighbors are doing the exact same thing. We talk to the same people every morning. Business in Gulal Wadi is fast, you have to keep up or you get left behind. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just the shop floor and a desk for the accounts. We deal with whatever metal comes through. Sometimes it's a lot of one thing, sometimes it's bits and pieces. People come to us because we’ve been at 132 for years. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. It’s just honest work in the metal trade. Nothing more, nothing less. If you need us, we're right there in the middle of the chaos on Kika Street. We keep the scales ready all day for whenever a delivery arrives.
