Meco Instruments Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No. El-1 in the Midc Electronic Zone. It’s part of the TTC Industrial Area in Mahape, which is a massive place with thousands of companies. We are just one of many, but we have our own way of doing things. We make various types of instruments, so the office is always full of tiny parts, wires, and testing boards. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the workbenches and storage bins. The staff here has been with us for a long time, and we all know our roles. We aren't a high-tech startup with fancy gadgets; we are a proper manufacturing unit that has been around the block. The sounds of testing and assembly are the background noise to our days. We have a small area where we keep the finished products ready for shipping. Mahape is a very busy area, especially during the shift changes, so the traffic can be a nightmare. We just try to focus on the task at hand and ignore the chaos outside. We don't have any marketing gurus telling us how to talk. We just tell people what we have and what it does. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If an order is due, we work until it’s ready. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us.
