Mayur Steel

You can find Mayur Steel over at Plot No. 2 in the Kailas Commercial Complex. We are situated right on L. B. S. Marg in Vikroli West. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic on the main road outside. The complex is quite large, so we tell people to look for Plot No. 2 specifically to save them some time wandering around. Working in Vikroli means things are always moving fast. We handle a lot of steel items throughout the day. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work by keeping everything organized in stacks. It can get a bit loud with the sounds from L. B. S. Marg coming in, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have people coming in from all over the area looking for specific sizes and types of steel. It’s a lot of manual work, moving pieces around and loading them up for customers. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that because we spend most of our time in the back where the stock is. The guys here have been doing this for a long time, so they know their way around the steel. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we handle the orders, and we go home. Being in a commercial complex like Kailas means we have other businesses around us, which makes for a good community feel during lunch breaks. It’s just a regular place doing regular work.
