We work out of Flat 101 in the Charkop Arihant building. It’s over in Kandivali West, right on Wheeler Road. If you know where the Bank of Maharashtra is, we are just next to that. It’s more of an office setup inside a residential building, which keeps things a bit quieter than being right on the main street. We deal with property and finding spots for people to live or work. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking through listings on the desk. There’s always a map or some floor plans spread out somewhere. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the Charkop area really well. We don’t have a big storefront with lights, just the name on the door. People usually come by after they’ve seen something they like online or heard about us from a neighbor. The building is usually busy with people coming and going from the bank next door. We keep the kettle going for tea and there’s always a stack of folders that needs sorting. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the local area because that’s what we know best. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind the stairs. It’s a straightforward place where we just get the paperwork done.
