Perfect Impex

Our little office is located at No. 499 on Maulana Azad Road, which most people around here just call Duncan Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with people and handcarts moving things around. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the noise and the constant shouting of the vendors. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we are usually too busy with the files. We do import and export stuff, so there’s always a lot of tracking to do. Our desks are old and the fans on the ceiling hum throughout the day. We don't have an air conditioner that works very well, so it gets warm in the summer months. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together while talking about the news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a room with some people working to make sure things move from one place to another. We know the other business owners on the street, and we talk to them when we are out for a break. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we like the simplicity of it. There is no corporate ladder here, just people at desks doing their daily business.
