Most of our staff have been in the metal trade for most of their lives. We don't have a polished marketing team or a fancy reception desk. You usually just find someone on the floor and talk to them directly. The building at W 430 has its quirks, like a leaky roof during heavy rain or a door that sticks in the heat. We just deal with those things as they come up. It is a very hands-on environment. We handle the sheets, the rods, and the scrap with care. Every day is a bit different depending on what orders are coming in. We don't make big promises, we just get the metal ready and loaded onto the trucks. That’s the reality of a working metal shop in this area and we are used to the noise and the grit that comes with it every day.
