Master Batteries

We’ve been working out of 50 Saifee Jubilee Street for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us surrounded by stacks of batteries and the usual noise of the street outside. People come in when their car won’t start or their home power backup fails, usually looking a bit stressed. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s a practical space with shelves full of heavy stock and some basic tools for testing. The floor is concrete and often has a few scuff marks from moving crates around. Dealing with batteries is heavy work, and your hands stay pretty messy throughout the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. It’s easy to find once you get onto the street. We keep regular hours, opening up early because that is when the trouble usually starts for people trying to get to work. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just the small team here making sure we have what people need in stock. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything sorted. It’s a simple business. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or big signs. If a battery is dead, it’s dead, and we just help find the one that fits. That’s pretty much the daily routine here for us. Most of our regulars are local folks who have been coming to us for years.
