You can find us over at 411 Yogeshwar Building, which is located on Kazi Sayyed Street in Masjid Bunder West. This is the heart of the trading community, and the streets are always packed with people moving sacks and crates of all sorts of things. Our office is up on the fourth floor, giving us a little bit of a break from the noise of the street level, though you can still hear the hustle and bustle all day. We spend most of our time dealing with import and export tasks, which means a lot of checking invoices and making sure the customs details are exactly right. It’s a very specific kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The building itself is an older one, typical for this part of Mumbai, and it has that classic business feel to it. We don't really bother with any of the modern corporate talk. Instead, we just talk to our clients like normal people and try to solve whatever shipping issues they might be facing. Sometimes we are here late into the evening when there's a big shipment arriving, making sure everything is in order. It’s a small, tight-knit team here, and we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of this busy neighborhood. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have come to know the other traders on the street pretty well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us to work in.
