Market Probe

Market Probe is based over in Kandivali West, specifically in Charkop at the Ashoka building. We do the kind of work where we ask a lot of questions. We are a market research place, which basically means we try to find out what people think about different products or services. It’s a lot of surveys and talking to folks on the street or over the phone. Our office in Sector I is where we gather all that information and try to make sense of it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s interesting to see what people actually like and don't like. We’ve been in Mumbai for a while now, and Charkop is a busy area that keeps us close to everything. We don't have any flashy slogans or big marketing campaigns of our own. We just do the research for other people. Sometimes we have groups come in to talk about things, and other times we are just crunching numbers at our desks. It’s a small team of us here. We try to be thorough because that’s what the job needs. We aren't trying to sell anything to the people we talk to; we just want to know their honest opinions. It’s a simple setup in a standard office building. We show up, do the interviews, write down the answers, and go home. It’s steady work that helps businesses understand their customers a little better. We just collect the facts and pass them on.
