Manthan Job Consultancy

We are based in Andheri East, right at 62 Sneh Dhara Building. If you know the area well, we are directly opposite the Jeevan Vikas Kendra. It’s in the Kool Dungari part of town, which is usually quite crowded. Manthan Job Consultancy is what we call ourselves. It’s a busy little office in a very busy part of Mumbai. There’s always some noise from the street coming in through the windows, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days talking to people about their careers and looking at their backgrounds. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone throughout the afternoon. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. Just the basics like desks, chairs, and a water cooler that sometimes leaks. It’s a practical space for practical work. We aren't really into marketing ourselves with big words or fancy promises. We just do the work we know how to do. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, but we manage to stay on top of the pile of papers. The Sneh Dhara building is an older one, but it suits us just fine for what we need. We have our local tea guy who comes by twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. We just keep going, trying to match the right people with the right jobs. It’s a simple business.
