Our office is Manpower Professional, and you can find us at Shubh Shagun Complex. We are in Flat Number 106, D Wing, in Sector 34 of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. The name Milan Mohanty is also on our address records. Kamothe is a place that’s really grown in the last few years. Our work is all about staffing and helping people find professional roles. We don't have a big, fancy office building. We’re in a regular residential complex, which makes the whole thing feel a bit more grounded. It’s just a flat with some desks and computers. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through emails from people looking for work. Being in Navi Mumbai 410209 means we’re away from the crazy rush of the main city, but it’s still plenty busy. We don't use a lot of marketing speak. We just talk to people plainly about what jobs are available and what the companies want. It’s a lot of matching skills to requirements. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person, and other times it’s easy. We just keep at it every day. There are always piles of resumes to go through and files to update. We have our tea breaks and talk about the neighborhood. It’s just a normal group of people working here. We don't promise anything impossible, we just do the recruitment work we are hired to do.
