Our office is over in Kalwa, specifically in Sancalp Nagar at C/A-104. If you know where the local swimming pool is, we are pretty much right near there. It’s a quiet enough area for a placement office like Mangalam Placements Pvt. Ltd. We spend most of our time looking through applications and trying to figure out which person fits which role. It’s a lot of matching things up, really. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just quiet work at the desks. We've been in this spot for a bit, and the neighborhood knows us. It’s not a huge corporate setup with glass walls and suits; it’s more of a regular office where we drink tea and talk to people about their careers. Sometimes people just walk in asking for directions, and that's fine too. We try to keep things simple here. Looking for work is stressful enough for people, so we don't try to make it harder with a bunch of complicated talk. We just look at what's available and see if we can help out. The office is a bit small, but it fits us just right. If you’re coming by, just look for the block number on the gate. We’re usually here until the evening, depending on how much work is left on the desk. It’s just us doing our thing in Kalwa, day in and day out, without much fuss.
