You can find Joshi Real Estate Finance Consultant at Shop No 2 on the ground floor of the Govin building. We are located in Malad West, right across from Sundar Nagar. A good way to know you’re in the right place is to look for the Jumbo King Vadapav shop. We are directly opposite that, which is handy because everyone knows where to get a vadapav around here. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and our desks where we handle all the finance and real estate paperwork. Malad West is a fast-paced area and there’s always a lot of noise and energy outside our door. Sometimes the smell of the food from across the street drifts over, which isn't a bad thing. We spend our days helping people figure out the money side of buying property. It’s a lot of numbers and talking, but we’ve been doing it for a while now.
