Major Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located at office number 203 in the Hill Green building. We are at 149 Marol Maroshi Road, right in the heart of Marol, Andheri East. It’s a very industrial and busy part of Mumbai, which makes sense for an import-export business like ours. We are surrounded by other offices and small factories. Our space on the second floor is where we handle all the logistics. It is a plain office with desks, chairs, and stacks of files that probably need to be organized better than they are. We spend most of the day on the phone or responding to emails about shipments. Marol is always crowded, so just getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of an adventure with the rickshaws and buses. We don't have any corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the goods we are responsible for move through the supply chain. It's a lot of practical, day-to-day work that doesn't involve much glamour. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just keep going. We've been in this building for a while and know our neighbors. We prefer to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is late, we tell you it's late and we try to fix it. That's just how we operate. It's a small, hardworking team here in Andheri just doing our best with every order.
