You can find us at Mahindra Towers in Worli. Mahindra Solar has been operating out of this spot for a bit. Worli is a fast-paced area, and being in the towers means we see a lot of people coming and going. The office is where the planning happens. We aren't really into the flashy stuff. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We spend our time looking at solar projects and trying to figure out the best way to get them done without too many hiccups. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other days we’re stuck on a problem for hours. That’s just the nature of the work. The view from the office is alright, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. We don’t have a lot of corporate jargon here. It’s more about direct talk and getting the job finished. Everyone in the team has their own way of doing things, but it all comes together in the end. Being in Worli means there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby, which is good because we often work through lunch. It’s a grounded place, despite being in a big tower. We just focus on the solar side of things and try to stay organized. Our small team knows the ropes and we just keep pushing forward with the daily tasks.
