Waghulde Screens

Waghulde Screens is right at No. 43 Ram Mahal. If you know where Mahim Railway Station is, then you have probably walked past us a dozen times because we are directly opposite the station in Mahim West. It is one of those spots where you can hear the trains pulling in and out all day long. We do a lot of screen-related work here. Sometimes it's for printing, other times it is more about the physical screens for houses or offices. The building, Ram Mahal, is an old one but it has character and keeps us out of the rain. Being so close to the station means we get a lot of foot traffic, but most people are just rushing to catch their train. We have our regulars though, people who have been coming to us for years whenever they need something specific done. The shop is full of frames and mesh and ink smells, which is just part of the job. It can get a bit dusty with all the materials we handle, so we are always cleaning something or other. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us in the shop, taking orders and getting them finished as fast as we can. Mahim West is a lively neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it even if it gets a bit loud sometimes. It is a practical business.
