Mahavir Estate Finance Consultancy is located in Office No 177, which is part of the Mahada Bungalow area in Andheri West. We are over in Kamla Vihar, specifically Mahavir Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek to find us if you don't know the way, but we are near the Versova Telephone Extension. The bungalow setting makes it feel a bit different from a regular office building. We’ve got our desks set up and we spend most of the day looking over finance papers and property documents. Since we do both estate work and the finance side, there is always a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. Andheri West is a fast place, but our little corner feels a bit more settled. We get people coming in who are confused about how to get a loan or how to buy their first place. We just sit down with them and go over the numbers until they make sense. It’s not about being fancy; it’s just about getting the math right and helping out. We have been here for a good amount of time, so the local area is very familiar to us. We know which banks are doing what and which properties are worth looking at. It’s mostly just us answering emails and taking calls from people in the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate mission. We just help people figure out the money part.
