This branch of Mahajan Aibara Chartered Accountants is situated over in Malad East, specifically in Kurar Village. We are at 1 Santosh Bhuwan Kokani Pada, which is a very different vibe from the Chembur office. It’s a bit more tucked away here, and the streets are quite narrow, so it feels very local and lived-in. The building is just a regular one, and our space is filled with the kind of things you’d expect at an accountant’s place—lots of ledgers, calculators, and stacks of paper everywhere. It can get pretty busy, especially during certain times of the year when everyone seems to need something at the same time. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. Usually, you just walk in and someone is there at a desk buried under files. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. The neighborhood is lively, with a lot of small shops and people walking around at all hours. We’ve been part of this community in Malad East Mumbai 400 097 for a bit now and it suits us fine. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and trying to keep everything balanced. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slumps. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we do it right here in Kokani Pada every day.
