If you head out toward Shilphata-Khopoli, you’ll find us at Shree Nivas. It’s in a place called Shilgaon in the Raigad district. M S Uttam Galava Steels Ltd is based out here where the air is a bit different than the city. It’s a steel business, so things can get a bit noisy and dusty, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. Just a solid place to work. Shree Nivas is where we keep the records and handle the logistics. The road to Khopoli can be a bit of a rough ride depending on the season, especially during the monsoons when Raigad gets all that rain. We just wear our boots and get to it. We don't spend time writing big mission statements. We’re more interested in making sure the steel gets where it needs to go. The staff here are mostly local people who know the area well. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but it’s where the work is. We handle the paperwork, deal with the trucks, and keep the steel moving. It’s honest, hard work and we don’t try to make it sound like something it isn’t. We like being out here in MS. It’s a practical location for what we do. No bells or whistles, just Uttam Galava Steels doing what needs to be done every single day.
