M S Carriers

Our place, M S Carriers, is located over at Hahad Chawl on J B Road. We are quite close to the Cotton Exchange and the 3rd Main, 3rd Cross area of Srinivasanagar. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Vishwavihar Hotel, which is where we usually go to get our lunch. The office is right in the middle of all the action in the chawl. It is a very industrial part of town, so there are always heavy trucks rumbling past and the smell of diesel in the air. We focus on carrying goods from one point to another, mostly local stuff that needs to get through the narrow streets around the exchange. Our desk is an old wooden one that has been around forever, covered in coffee stains and delivery receipts. We have a few guys who handle the loading and unloading, and it’s a lot of physical work under the hot sun. Srinivasanagar is a busy patch, and sometimes the traffic gets so backed up that our trucks don't move for an hour. We just sit on the bench outside and wait it out. We don't have any big mission or fancy goals; we just want to get the loads delivered so we can get paid and go home. It’s a simple life of logistics in a crowded corner of the city, and we have been doing it this way for years without much changing.
