M S C P Vaswani

In the Khopat area of Thane West, you’ll find us at Revenkar Chawl. The business is M S C P Vaswani, and we operate out of Gokuldas Wadi. If you know Thane, you know these old wadis and chawls have a lot of history and a very specific way of life. Our office is small and tucked away, far from the fancy malls and new high-rises. It’s a place where we’ve been for a long time. There is no air conditioning, just the old ceiling fans and the sound of the rain hitting the roof during the monsoon season. We handle various works, mostly contracting or supply, and the office is always full of stacks of old papers and yellowing files. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is stored. The neighbors are all local families, so there is always a lot of chatter and the smell of cooking in the air. We don't have a marketing department or even a proper sign outside sometimes. People just know where Vaswani is and they come to us when they have business to discuss. It’s an old-school way of doing things, based on handshakes and knowing the people you work with. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just keep our small corner of Thane running and handle the work that comes our way every single day.
